LOL, I don't want a box of them. Frankly I don't have enough confidence
that the coconut juice would work to go to the expense.
I actually have a local fruit market that keeps young coconuts in
stock, and we've been buying a few per month lately. They could
probably be fresher, but none have been bad. I'd love to taste one
right off the tree someday!
Ironically, when I lived where I could have gotten them free in less
than 50 ft from my front door assuming fallen ones would have been ok.
I could perhaps get one at the Wild Oats market in SLC, but that is a
340 mile RT. Next time I get there, I will look, but not going to make a
special trip.
