My cataract was broken and in little pieces. Maybe the cataract chunk just moved away from the new lens and could be still floating around in my eye.

I have read that can happen with floaters, and I'm still hoping for that for my floaters. It also could be because my cataracts are still early stage. Some threadiness, but also still mainly color change in the lens itself. Though disappointed they are not gone, after a year of very expensive eye drops plus other measures, I would hate to stop the drops and then have them get much worse. Maybe for me simply stopping or greatly slowing progression is good enough. With my vision as it is, I am not nearly ready for surgery yet.
