Hi Leslie, I drink nothing but distilled water. I fill up a 5 gallon glass container with distilled water then add sole [http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/saltsole.htm] made from Himalayan sea salt which is loaded with minerals and trace elements. I put 1 Tbsp per gallon. Obviously there have been some who claim Himalayan sea salt is no better for you than any other salt but from my own experience it has not harmed me in any way that I'm aware of.
