Yes it is the Nanny State, what with the rules and regulations to do with health and safety etc., but you can have what supplements you want, and you can have raw milk if you want. We also, are not monitored at all through computers--as far as I know--at least, if we are, nothing happens about it. I don't understand what you mean about going to another hospital to work.
