That was raw flaxseed oil then 15% or 1 teaspoon msm in 1 ounce of gentle
eye solution. Apply 3 or 4 times a day to start--cut back application
according to severity of cataract but keep up for at least several weeks. I
have never tried this on a shrunken eye. More is wrong than a cataract.

This is a second attempt to post.
Nenah,
I know nothing about Euphrasia and I am not sure what the problem with
the dog's eye is. However, I once had a dog with glaucoma and his eyes
turned white too. I would suggest trying super oxide dismutase (SOD) with
DMSO. It is reported to be effective against cataracts and glaucoma. DMSO
and SOD are both inexpensive and readily available. Might be worth a try.
"An ophthalmologist has developed a formula for dissolving cataracts
without
surgery. Combining DMSO with super oxide dismutase (SOD), this eye
doctor's
formulation works against glaucoma too."
That and some other possibilities are given at:

Best of luck,

I have a situation with a dog that I'm hoping to get help with right
