Just adding a small hint here re cayenne pepper; I have had anxiety attacks and when my chest tightens up, I take about 1/3 teas. of cayenne pepper mixed in about 1/4 to 1/3 glass of orange drink or whatever I have to kill the heat and chugalug it and drink some orange afterwards. It clears the arteries out for me and stops hurting in less than 30 min. Usually within 10 min.
Hope this helps someone. Oh, and taking any pineapple with that would make me sick. Should be spaced out considerably. Also, one of the quickest things to ruin is pineapple mixed with things like cake, pie, etc. Leslie ----- Original Message ----- From: Day Sutton To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, May 23, 2010 10:15 AM Subject: Re: CS>Resipe Tincture of Cayenne is made with Ever-Clear Grain Alcohol cuyanne should be tinctured (according to Dr. Shulze) with 40% pure alcohol and 60% distilled water. The two remove different parts of the peppers during the tincturing process. This just happens to be the formula for 80 proof vodka..
