Yes Marshall. Thank you. That is exactly what I mean. Like the steam that
comes from a pot of water AFTER you have taken it off of the stove and put
it on the table with a towel over your head. Many women are familiar with
this method as a way to do what we call a 'facial.' I squeeze a lemon in
mine. It opens up the pores and also the nasal passages and is what I use
for both facials and when I have a cold and am stuffed up.

Surely you mean some type of mist or water vapors, not steam. If you
inhale steam it will scald your nose, sinuses and lungs immediately,
likely leading to death.
