Nano is not a size, it's a unit of measurement.
Silver Nitrate is corrosive, but then so is Ozone and H2O2..it's all about
concentration.

So, the "particle" will be as big as the dissolved molecule ?
Silver Citrate might be a better choice as it's not so corrosive.
