There is no "electricity" IN the body.
There is only electro-chemical interaction...ion exchange transporting
electrons, chemically.
The surface of the body can act like a capacitor with different parts
being a better dryer capacitor for differences in potential that will
register on a milli-volt meter when it provides a path of lessor resistance
to equalize it [an "RC circuit" ] , but that's static electricity and not
IN the body.
BTW Most Alkaline Water devices make metal hydroxides from mineral
contaminants rather than what meets the definition of Alkaline Water ie OH
[-] radicals made out of water. [with it's Hydronium H3 acidic counter ion ]
You may as well put a few crystals of Draino and/or Slaked Lime [Calcium
Hydroxide] in a glass of water and drink that.
