As you probably know, Super-Ionzied or Super-Structured water was created
about 12 years ago, and a plant in Turkey now produces it. As I understand
it, it was first used on polluted water and has had a dramatic effect
cleaning it up.
It has been available for personal and internal use just since June 1 of
this year.
It is shipped (to the USA) from Turkey to rebottlers who dilute it and sell
it to other rebottlers who dilute it for drinking. In trying to piece this
together, I just spoke at some length to a woman in Washington State who is
bottling and distributing the water. (It must be bottled by hand.) What she
sells is still very concentrated, and must be added to a gallon of spring
water which is drunk over the course of a month.
She said some claim there are 3 extra electrons and some "billions". She
said the water tests as nothing but water...but it seems to "glow" and has
a cloudiness. She is getting reports of health/healing successes.
One thing that intrigues me is that this water actually transmutes toxins,
as you mention above, to elements which can be used by the body. Therefore,
there is no die-off or detox reaction.
I am thinking of becoming a distributor, but I have not actually made the
leap yet. This is so very new, and no one really knows what this water will
actually do. The two people I know who have used it for several months
report increased energy, clarity, memory, etc.

We test the the restructuring with a spectrophotometer.
I wonder what you would get if you tested this water?
Would you be interested in speaking to the bottler and trying to obtain a
sample?
