Has anyone done any tests to verify that CS kills botulism bacteria? I'm
not talking rigorous scientific studies, but any kitchen-tabletop
experiments will do. On another list I'm on, the subject of canning
chicken broth in baby-food jars came up, with the problem of botulism
requiring pressure-canning while baby-food jars are only good for
water-bath canning.

Rejoice in the small steps!!
