Anyway if, as you quote, 5 grams of lipo-c is equivalent to 50 grams of IV-c, that would mean that lipo-c is 10 times more effective than intravenous C. In that case, lipo-c could well be 500 times more effective than oral vitamin C. If so, then the 500x could be accurate and my math would be correct. Of course, bowel intolerance would prevent you from taking that much orally. Anyone else have any comments or corrections? Brooks?
