Hi Tel. I didn't think that the list would accept attachments-otherwise, I would have simply sent the entire pdf. It's a very small file.
In any case, I would STILL like to find someone who can re-do the pdf file to eliminate the cover page, which contains information that's not part of the article and which shouldn't be in the file. Anyone with Adobe ACROBAT (+ not + Adobe Reader) or an equivalent program, who can get rid of the first page, please write me. The number of requests has escalated to about 75 and I'm not going to respond them. I want an efficient way of disseminating a cleaned-up file of this article. Thanks.
