All I know is that this is hugely expensive for those of us who are on a tight budget! Much better to make your own I think. I use the soya lecithin as I can't seem to get sunflower here in the UK but like you with your patient, I have a problem in getting my husband to drink it because of the taste. I thought maybe the sunflower one would be better but you say not? In that case, I will stick with the soya and coerce him into drinking it <lol> dee
