I was introduced to "The China Study" by a vegan friend last year.
I read it and thought the premise compelling, so I switched for a
year.
Liked the food OK, but the so called benefits didn't manifest.

Going back to "Atkins"
For me, sugar and carbs are the obvious bad guys, and insulin control
is the key.
