Hi,
I don't know what a nebulizer does exactly.
I just get a bottle of nose spray (the cheapest stuff cuz all I want is the
bottle)
and pull the top off, rinse it out real good and put about as much CS in it as
there was "nose spray", and refill it as necessary. Works great and it's cheap!
