Yes that makes sense. When my mothers doctors had her on diuretics they had her 
taking potassium as well.  The Santevia also mineralizes the water but i have 
no idea exactly what minerals are in the water.

Mag oil (swansonvitamin.com) diluted 50% and sprayed on legs, arms, etc. helps, 
but never underestimate the power of potassium. Whenever I've over-hydrated and 
caused an electrolyte imbalance, potassium seems to be what i need. Night-time 
leg cramps, stomach-cramps in super hot weather, post exercise cramps: these 
seem to need potassium, at least for me.(it doesn't take much) Warning: I'm not 
a doc, just a Lymie lab-rat who's getting well.
