And I'm allergic to whey. Don't drink milk anymore but haven't yet been able to give up cheese or sour cream! :-) I'm working on it though. In FL (and I believe all the USA) milk must be pasteurized (even organic) so unless you have your own cow raw milk is out of the question. PT

Dr. Mercola has an entry on how good whey is in relation to exercise, muscle building, and weight control, if from healthy grassfed animals and with low temperature processing.
