My recipe for Liposomal L-Glutathione: 3 teaspoons [ equals 1 tablespoon] of Glutathione to 1/2 cup of DW.
3 tablespoons of Lecithin to 1 cup of DW. Let sit until Lecithin is fully into solution as you do for Lipo C, then put both solutions into jewelry cleaner ,etc. H.
