Not if added after the CS has stabilized for a couple of days or more.
For cleaning/sterilizing purposes, I only add a small amount, like
approximately a Tablespoon to about a quart of CS.
I don't add peroxide to CS I use for misting face and hands, I don't
want to put peroxide in my eyes.a It is helpful to add between 1/4 and
1/2 peroxide to CS used for mouthwash, though, nasty taste or not, LOL.
Again, just my own experiences and preferences. If I don't add peroxide
to my CS mouthrinse, it seems to make my teeth turn brown over time, the
peroxide stops that. I personally don't store the mouthrinse mixed, but
mix it in my bathroom glass just before use.
