Hi Ya'All;

The coming destructon of the U.S.A. is due to apathy, and no where is it
more prononced than on this list.

To say that standardization is a waste of time or should be ignored
(Marsha) is utter folly as witnessed by the questions on the list today.
Why is my CS changing color, why is it faloling out, should I heat the
water blah blah?

There was a post by Ivan wherein he equated uS to PPM. I have just gone
through 110 sheets of garphical data for CS runs that I have made under
various conditions and have pulled out 44 that conatain both PPM and
conductivity for the three classes of DW available hre in KC. , and
within a given type of DW there is an obscure relation ship but it
definitely is not a one to one. So scratch that notion.

If some of you are mathematically inclined then review the .pcx file
showing the five samples, and look at those curves. They appear to be of
a  second order equation. i.e. Y = AX^2 + kB, where "kB" is the Ic0.
They should predict the time and PPM for the CS.

"Ole Bob"
