I'm very sorry to hear the sad news about your husband.  I've followed the 
terrible stories about WTC first responder illness and death closely, and hope 
that in time there will be full accountability for this disaster.   

There's a fine video called "Dust and Deceit" that explains the inexcusable and 
arguably criminal EPA failure to protect people.   

The person I know, a Japanese housewife,  had no connection whatsoever to WTC 
or NYC or even the USA.   

Whether or not there were environmental toxins involved I don't know.
