A colleague of mine has a patient who started Earthing and he said all of her
considerable allergies disappeared.

There was a video by a doctor (can't remember his name) talking about
earthing and he said you can just step outside and step on the ground with
barefeet, you can do it sitting too. He further said that wetting the ground
before you stand on it would even give you more energy.
