Debbie, i use cayenne tincture. for what it is worth, this is what i do. start out with a regular cayenne tincture (as Dr Christopher's hot is much stronger) and just add a drop or two to a large volume of tea or lemon water if you prefer. then as you become accustomed, increase the cayenne slowly. i treat myself to a 44 oz tea with lemon every afternoon. i sweeten with stevia and add a dropper-full of Dr Christopher's hot cayenne tincture. if i don't have the cayenne i don't enjoy the tea at all. i also use the same in my night time quart of herbal tea and my morning quart of msm and lemon water. i used cayenne tincture at home when i had a heart attack about 5 years ago and i have also used it to control bleeding on cuts. it is really good stuff, but you may have to start slow. i also strongly believe with cayenne, it needs to be in the mouth to warn the stomach it is coming so as to avoid discomfort.julie m

I have some turmeric capsules and was wondering if opening the capsules and putting a little of the cayenne in them would be a problem? Would it be bad to have the two in one capsule? Thanks for your help in advance, Debbie :)
