Help anyone, everyone! When I first started making CS with DC and DW in the UK : ) my batches were stable and maintained a nice light golden colour for weeks or months. (They always start clear for the first few hours.)
Now for some reason, my CS is undergoing a fairly rapid transformation to a -rose- colour within a day or two. I think my DW is good and the batch jar is clean. Any thoughts?
