My wife takes 8 to 12 ounces a day of homemade 12ppm CS as part of her regiment to keep her Chronic Lyme in remission. She also spends time in a DP100 rife machine we have. She started out slowly at only a tablespoon twice a day and worked up over a few weeks to her current dosage. Remember pace not race, getting a strong Herx indicates its time to slow down and let the body recover!
