Yes, it should work for removing a mole. Just apply it daily and let it soak in for a while, I don't think you will actually have to do a pack. The only thing about it is that it is a long process. It may take 2 months or so. However, you may be able to notice changes along the way.
When I had some minor skin surgeries I had bandaids over the cuts and wetted them with castor oil daily. After a few days I had a reaction under the sticky part of the bandaids and had to stop doing this. I don't know if I was just sensitive to the latex or stickum, or if the castor oil combined with the stickum and let it soak into the skin a bit. So, I don't use it much with bandaids anymore. Just sayin'. Try it and see how it works.
