When I was tested and took them all out of my diet for a year I felt much better. I can slowly start adding things back. I just must remember to rotate so I don't eat the same thing several days running. What is ACV? I tried the DR's test and everything I like I am allergic to, beans, peaches etc. I take ACV daily and sometimes add lemon juice. Lemon juice seems to cause an irritation but not ACV .Brickey _____ No virus found in this message.
