What type of selenium supplements are you taking may I ask?
Selenomethionine is the most biocompatible form unless you get it from brazil
nuts. Sodium selenite is toxic, so be careful.

a fungal infection. He says you can get rid of it taking Lamisil. I only
mention it because of the selenium and out break connection you made. Usually
Selenium supplements are made from yeast, which are fungi.

I did the Beck 4 step protocol but did not eliminate Herpes Simplex. If I
take selenium supplements for about a week cold sores start showing. I can eat
Brazil nuts with no problem. Maybe I am getting infected again from my wife?
She is an ex RN and does not do CS, etc.
