Hi listers,

< How do you clean your jar?>

I use 6% hydrogen peroxide in distilled water . I swirl the jar for
a few minute with the dilution. Then I rinse it with distilled water.
Finally,I wipe clean the jar with dry cotton gauze. It is now ready for use.

                Did I do something wrong?

This could be a problem.
It is difficult to remove all the detergent residue. detergent chemicals
are strongly polar and will cling to the glass tenaciously.

I suggest that cleaning should be hot tap water and paper towels only,
followed by your DW rinses.

Purified Water BP, this is what I use also.
