Those who are having problems with their CS changing color upon storage please
check the ph.  This can be easily done with inexpensive kits from Kmart or
elsewhere for swimming pools or aqauriums.

Our research has shown that if CS is acid then it is much less stable than if it
is neutral or basic.  If the problem is that the CS is acid then making it 
stable
may be as simple as adding a pinch of baking soda to bring it down to neutral.  
We
add sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to our CS/aloe vera mixture for this very
reason since aloe vera tends to be acidic.
