Yes, water is a real mother! Whatever that means ; ) I have a ppm tester on order and I hope I can start sorting things out that way. I do have a distiller but I've heard that the post carbon filter can add a fine sediment that increases conductivity. And I've heard that some contamination as volatile gases get through if you don't use the carbon filter. I'm also switching from DC to AC, which I think is less susceptible to water contamination but I actually have no idea where I got this idea : ) oh yea hold it. . . something about how some folks seed AC batches with tap water? hmmmmm cheers, Steve King -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
