CS>Collodial silver for eyedisorders?

Dear Mam/Sir. I have suffered with Glacoma for 6 years now. I have just been 
diagnosed with having cataracts. I have heard that colloidal Silver is a option 
that may  a postive treatment for eyedisorders. Anyone who has any suggestions 
on their experiences with colloidal silvers in terms of it treating glacoma/and 
or catracts in a positve way please contact me and share your story with me.  I 
will appreciate the details of any postive experience you have or your opinion.
