Friends of Chi...
I have just taught myself Falun Gong from a tape, and have been doing it every day. I like it. Would love to connect with anyone else who is doing it. Also, I am told other forms of chi gung are not to be done along with falun (as stated by the founder of falun, who says they are counterindicated and block the flow.)
