I have done Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kung by various teachers, as well as
various "internal arts" such as Ba Gua, Hsing Yi, Aikido and Kung Fu (Kung Fu
not being internal but what the hell, I'm on a roll here).
Right now, I'm only involved with Aikido, and that involvement is diminishing.
My thoughts are two.....
It's best to do something as opposed to nothing......
I think that Hatha Yoga is better than any of the Chi Kungs for conditioning
the body.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!!
