Interesting story as to how I came across the biotin info--In Costco when I noticed an older woman with a very nice updo for her long salt 'n pepper hair. I commented on how nice it looked. We began chatting and the subject went to how iodine had improved my hair so much. This woman's skin was in wonderful condition. She had been a 'stewardess' in the old days and could easily have been in their ads--she looked that good even though she was much older now. I could see that she noticed my rather awful looking hands and she volunteered the info about how a dermatologist had once told her sister about the 5000 mcgs. of biotin two times a day. Considering how good her own skin looked, I immediately ordered a couple of bottles intending to give it a real try. So glad I did.
As to the MRSA formula, it probably doesn't need the glycerine for underarm use. I just happened to have some handy. But I have used CS alone and this sure works much better. Maybe it's the DMSO so I may eventually mix up just CS and DMSO and give it a go but the fewer bottles the better. For hair loss--I hate to see so many women (and men too) with thinning hair--some at a very young age. Iodine was known in the past as a very good preventer of baldness. I have taken high dose-around 50 mgs. per day and sometimes much more-for over 6 years and my health has improved by orders of magnitude. My son who previously had thinning hair at 21, now at 27 has a full head of lovely light brown to blonde hair!! He takes iodine daily also. There is a free pdf called "Iodine Remedies: Secrets From the Sea" available through Google, but Brownstein's book "Iodine: Why You Need It: Why You Can't Live Without It" will be even more valuable for you. I use the Concentrace mineral supplement and would worry some about the heavy metals in it, but since iodine is a very good remover of heavy metals I don't really think it is of great concern. Best wishes to all. pj
