Horsetail herb tea is great for producing more hair too if you have not come across that yet; it is easy to find and is ready to pick around September to October each year, when the plants reach their largest, and the taste is wonderful too, no tannins that I can discern, so really easy on the stomach; it is deeply comforting and very rich in minerals. I am very interested in the PDF title you kindly provided. Thanks for that. Dave Glover
