I use expeller coconut oil (from tropical traditions). The coconut smell
and taste literally is intolerable to me, though I used the virgin CO
for years, suddenly one day I could no longer gag it down, and the smell
of it for cooking gagged me too. I never did actually like it though.....

Hi PT, I checked the site, it does have some good info. I have a
friend that just heard about it & was really interested. I'll send her
the site. Thanks I take some everyday also & I do like the coconut
taste..It is the only thing we use to fry things with & of course to
make our oleolux .Lois
