I'd do it with Olive Oil too.

It is great stuff !! My hubby looked at me like I was nuts when,
while I was putting some coconut oil in the skillet to fry up some
country steak, I spilled some on the counter. Well, not wanting to
waste it, I scooped it up on my fingers and started rubbing it on the
back of my hands and arms. LOL.. The look on his face was priceless.
I sure wouldn't do that with butter or olive oil. Lola

With all this discussion about coconut oil. I've been using Tropical
Traditions Extra Virgin Gold Standard for about 10 years. I cook with it.
Use it on my skin and hair. At night I rub it into my hands and put on
cotton glove liners. In the morning my hands are so soft. My other half
does
the same when he has cracked feet. Just puts socks over it.
I get at least several TBS in to me daily in some way or another.
I drink coconut water unsweetened after working out or anytime I feel
dehydrated.
I cook Thai dished with coconut cream and coconut milk.
I also use coconut oil to remove makeup. Then before bed I apply it to my
face. If not going out I will also use it on my face during the day. It is
a great lip moisterizer.
Can you tell I love it LOL
