Hi Guys, one thing I thought someone would have mentioned by now is to please avoid the tea, (black Orange Pekoe type) coffe, if you can (very addictive that caffein) and milk. Of course no one is eating white sugar any more are they? When I stopped with all of the above, my so-called arthritis cleared and healed within two weeks. Cheers, Tara
