me again list needing help :P Ok now that we are about to start ingesting CS I have a major question....the book that came w/my gen. states to add sea salt (I did this for the batch we used topically) but after looking at some different sites some say no don't it could be real dangerous and others say to use it...help I want to do what's best for my family I don't want to kill them :) anyone have wisdom here???
