I continue to recommend the kefir list at [email protected] This is a great list, and there is a ton of info on kefir making, including Dom's site -- indeed, this was where I learned about Dom's site, and I have to say that it really helped me with kefir when I started. The kefir list has been terrific for more and more info about making kefir and using kefir.
I don't go a day without a glass of kefir; neither do my dogs. It's great stuff. It's the best probiotic in the world and it's all natural. It's good for you whether you use raw milk or pasteurized milk. I also make water kefir and drink it every day.
