Hi Dee, So sorry to see that the health food stores if there are any left in the UK is so unenlightened as to not allow the very safe and legal oils like the hempSEED oil not to be sold. No, it is not the same as the M--a plant. this is the offinalis variety not the type you smoke, no reason to be banned. Maybe try ordering it on line? The oregano oil only works for viruss' and boy does it ever. Not pleasent to take but very effective for anythng that the anit-biotics cannot touch. Cheers, Tara
