Hemp seed oil, the kind sold in health food stores, is NOT the same as hemp oil used to treat cancer. Marijuana or hemp oil is psychoactive and contains dozens of cannabinoids to combat the disease icluding CBD and THC. Hemp seed oil is made from seeds from industrial hemp. a cousin but not the same plant. There is almost no THC in the oil, thus no therapeutic effect.

Illegal here in the UK. Hi Dee I use Nutiva organic cold-pressed hemp oil on my salads all the time. I buy it in grassroots, our local organic store. I'm pretty sure if I can buy it here in Scotland, you should be able to get it down there. Actually if you do a google search, there's loads of places selling it. chheers Kirsteen
