Apparently the sugar industry puts out a lot of propaganda to counteract the information which has come to light. A really clever doctor wrote a book in the seventies about sugar but the sugar industry had him wrongly discredited and since then, this low fat rubbish came about. Polysunsaturated fats are not good and you have to be really careful about fish oils as they become rancid very easily and so become unstable. Butter is a really healthy - much vilified fat. Hydrogenated fats are toxic. dee
