Yes -- but..................

Paypal has a policy where once you reach a ceiling of ten thousand dollars 
having been spent through Paypal -- even though they are servicing your own 
credit card -- they require you to *confirm* your identity by providing them 
with your bank account numbers.

That's not happening!  And I'm close to their arbitrary limit (having used 
Paypal for years for Ebay and other online purchases) -- so I don't know how 
I'm 
going to conduct business in the near future.  


Paypal has no business asking for my banking information since they are not 
lending me money.  They are performing a for-fee service.  So -- be careful out 
there.

No thanks on the paypal.............but many online retailers and even ebay now 
accept regular credit cards through paypal processing without having to open a 
paypal account.
