Topically to the wart, a small piece of cotton dressing soaked in Thuja, and firmly attached with duct tape to render it light and water proof. So two pieces like a cross works well, or however you can manage. I did this with a friend years ago, to keep the Thuja up to the area I injected (into the dressing only) a tiny bit of Thuja every second or third day without removing the duct tape. I had her keep it on for 6 weeks. Just draw up 5 or 10 ml ("cc") of the tincture keep it in the fridge and use the finest thinnest needle. The tape should close over the insertion point.

A local surgeon here removed half a patient's foot to eliminate the warts, she would never have been able to walk properly again.

Inside of banana skin and or green beans and the moon - all other options - can't remember those details tho!
