  Hi Melly, you should always take Vit K2 with Vit D3 because the K2 'directs' 
the calcium to the bones-instead of the arteries etc.,.  Mercola has just 
published an article about this.  I use the Now brand liposomal sublingual 
spray which contains both these and is really good.  I get it from iHerb.  dee
