A friend with a bad cold (?) wants to use a combination of CS and "normal saline" in her nebulizer (or neti pot) so the CS won't "hurt." I'm over my head here. I just nebulize with CS straight and cough and cold disappear. Thanks for any experience! Judy Down Maine
