I don't know. What i did was take my tocopherol in the morning with COQ10 (that combo becomes ubiqui*nol* acc. to another article i've read) and all my B vitamins at lunch and the tocotrienol with Vit K2-K7 (mercola's) at night. I felt better keeping vit Bs away from the Es. Melly

My problem with that kind of dosing is that I just never remember to take the "rest" of any supplements. I either take them all at once or forget them. So I figure they will just have to fight it out, and with some luck I will get some good out of all of them. this is why I prefer to get what I need from foods. And it puzzles me too, because often times supps that are said to negate each other occur together in various foods.
